摘要
目的分析糖尿病护理小组应用于糖尿病患者临床护理中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月利津县中心医院收治的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各40例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组应用糖尿病护理小组护理,比较两组血糖指标、并发症发生率、自我效能情况和生存质量情况。结果护理后,观察组各项血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,与对照组相比,观察组糖尿病自我效能量表评分更高,糖尿病患者特异性生存质量评定量表评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床在开展针对糖尿病患者的护理时可选择糖尿病护理小组方案,有助于改善患者的血糖控制效果,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of diabetes nursing team in clinical nursing of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes admitted to Lijin County Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were se-lected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received diabetes nursing care.The blood glucose index,complication rate,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nurs-ing,all blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the Self-Efficacy Scale Score of the observation group was higher,and the Specific Quality of Life Scale score of the diabetic patients was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion When providing nursing for diabetic patients,the clinical team can choose the diabetic nursing team program,which helps improve the blood glucose control effect of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
