摘要
目的探讨基于预警机制的护理干预在新生儿惊厥护理中的应用效果。方法选取兰陵县人民医院新生儿科2020年3月至2023年5月收治的70例新生儿惊厥患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组各35例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于预警机制的护理干预。比较两组症状恢复时间、家属焦虑情绪、复发情况、护理满意度及护理质量。结果研究组呼吸、意识、体温、惊厥恢复时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组家属焦虑自评量表评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发率低于参照组,护理总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项护理质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于预警机制的护理干预在新生儿惊厥护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on early warning mechanism in the nursing of neonatal convulsion.Methods A total of 70 children with neonatal convulsion admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the study group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received the nursing intervention based on early warning mechanism.The recovery time of symptoms,anxiety of family members,recurrence situation,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of breathing,consciousness,body temperature,and convulsion in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of self-rating anxiety scale of family members in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the total rate of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention based on early warning mechanism in the nursing of neonatal convulsion is significant and worthy of promotion.
