摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC)在儿童细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的价值。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月苏州市吴江区儿童医院收治的54例细菌感染性疾病患儿作为观察组,选择同期64例非细菌感染性疾病患儿作为对照组,比较两组血清IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、WBC水平及阳性率,采用受试者工作特征曲线分析联合检测的诊断价值。结果观察组血清IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、WBC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、WBC阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、WBC联合检测的曲线下面积大于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP和WBC联合检测在儿童细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的价值较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and white blood cell count(WBC)in early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children.Methods A total of 54 children with bacterial infectious diseases admitted to Suzhou Wujiang District Children’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 64 children without bacterial infectious diseases were selected as the control group during the same period.The serum levels and positive rates of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC were compared between the two groups.The diagnostic value of combined detection was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The levels of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC combined detection was larger than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC has high value in early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children,and is worthy of clinical application.
