摘要
目的分析维生素K_(1)、K_(2)、D水平与儿童骨代谢异常的相关性。方法选取2020年8月至2023年12月在钦州市第二人民医院体检的293名儿童为研究对象,根据患骨代谢疾病情况分为病例组(128例)和对照组(165例)。比较两组血清维生素K_(1)、维生素K_(2)和维生素D水平,并分析与骨代谢异常的相关性。结果病例组维生素K_(1)、维生素K_(2)和维生素D水平低于对照组,维生素K_(1)和维生素K_(2)缺乏发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨代谢异常与维生素K_(1)、维生素K_(2)和维生素D水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论骨代谢异常儿童血清维生素K_(1)、维生素K_(2)和维生素D水平偏低,骨代谢异常与维生素K_(1)、维生素K_(2)和维生素D水平呈负相关,应积极预防维生素K和维生素D缺乏。
Objective To analyze the correlation between vitamin K_(1),K_(2),and D levels and abnormal bone metabolism in children.Methods A total of 293 children who underwent physical examination in the Second People’s Hospital of Qinzhou from August 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into case group(128 cases)and control group(165 cases)according to the disease of bone metabolism.The serum levels of vitamin K_(1),vitamin K_(2)and vitamin D were compared between the two groups,and the correlation with abnormal bone metabolism was analyzed.Results The levels of vitamin K_(1),vitamin K_(2),and vitamin D in the case group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of vitamin K_(1)and vitamin K_(2)deficiency was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Abnormal bone metabolism was negatively correlated with vitamin K_(1),vitamin K_(2),and vitamin D levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of vitamin K_(1),vitamin K_(2),and vitamin D in children with abnormal bone metabolism are low,and abnormal bone metabolism is negatively correlated with the levels of vitamin K_(1),vitamin K_(2)and vitamin D.Vitamin K and vitamin D deficiency should be actively prevented.
