摘要
基于可持续背景,老旧建筑更新改造工作,应强调从“节能创新”“绿色环保”“焕发生机”等角度,对老旧建筑进行合理的改造,如结合实际改造需求,合理选择基础改造、提升改造等类型,依据类型不同,合理选择改造技术,确保改造科学、有效,切实能够体现出旧楼改建、创新的积极作用。文章坚持以“基于可持续背景的老旧建筑更新改造”为研究内容,是在看重老旧建筑更新改造的重要价值的基础上,期望通过进一步分析老旧建筑更新改造特点、具体改造类型等内容,结合实际改造过程中应注意的要点内容,给出相应改造建议,助力提升老旧建筑更新改造质量,实现改造价值。
Based on the sustainable background,the renewal and renovation of old buildings should emphasize the reasonable transformation of old buildings from the perspectives of"energy saving innovation""green environmental protection"and"rejuvenation".For example,according to the actual needs of renovation,the types of foundation renovation and upgrading renovation are reasonably selected,and the renovation technology is reasonably selected according to different types to ensure that the renovation is scientific and effective,which can effectively reflect the positive role of renovation and innovation of old buildings.This paper insists on"the renewal and renovation of old buildings based on sustainable background"as the research content.On the basis of attaching importance to the important value of the renewal and renovation of old buildings,it is expected that by further analyzing the characteristics and specific types of renovation of old buildings,combined with the main points that should be paid attention to in the actual renovation process,corresponding renovation suggestions will be given to help improve the quality of renovation of old buildings and realize the renovation value.
