摘要
实景三维技术可以应用于各个领域的网络虚拟展示,能够多方位、立体化还原现场场景,通过功能开发实现更多附加价值。文章研究了实景三维新型测绘能力建设及数字化应用,从总体方案、关键技术、实施思路等方面出发,分析了实景三维新型测绘能力建设要点,并强调了实景三维测绘技术在文物保护、城市规划、智慧生活等方面的具体应用,有利于加快测绘地理信息领域的供给侧结构性改革,完善产品供给体系,提高地理信息资源利用水平,满足经济社会发展需求。
