摘要 文章研究了3D打印技术在仿古建筑施工中的应用,特别针对斗拱、椽子、鸱吻、人字栱等复杂构件,通过采用BIM与3D打印技术,我们能够在毫米级精度下快速打印出装饰构件或特殊节点模板,加快施工进度并降低成本。3D打印技术不仅加快了施工速度,提高了成型质量,还因其高强度和高周转率的模具,节省了材料成本并减少了人工投入。本研究以隋唐大运河(洛阳段)历史文化保护利用工程为例,展示了3D打印技术在仿古建筑施工中的应用,包括使用SLA技术和SLM技术分别打印光敏树脂模具和铝合金装饰构件。此外,本文还详细介绍了施工工艺流程、操作要点以及质量控制措施,确保施工的高效性和产品的高质量。本项目的实施证明了BIM+3D打印技术在仿古建筑施工中的显著优势,包括造型奇异化、施工成本优化、信息化发展推动以及成品质量和操作安全性的提升。 This paper explores the application of 3D printing technology in the construction of ancient-style buildings,focusing on dougong(bracket sets),rafters,Chiwen(ridge ornaments),and renzigong(herringbone arches).By using Building Information Modeling(BIM)and 3D printing technology,we can rapidly print decorative components or special node templates with millimeterlevel precision,significantly accelerating construction progress and reducing costs.The 3D printing technology not only speeds up construction and enhances the molding quality,but also saves on material costs and reduces labor investment due to the high strength and turnover rate of the molds.This study uses the Sui and Tang Dynasties Grand Canal(Luoyang section)Cultural Heritage Protection and Utilization Project as an example to demonstrate the application of 3D printing technology in the construction of antique buildings,including the use of SLA technology to print molds with photosensitive resin and SLM technology to print decorative components with aluminum alloy.Additionally,the paper also details the construction process,operational points,and quality control measures to ensure the high efficiency of construction and high quality of products.The implementation of this project proves the significant advantages of BIM+3D printing technology in the construction of ancient-style buildings,including the creation of unique shapes,optimization of construction costs,promotion of information development,and enhancement of product quality and operational safety.
