摘要
目的探讨新生儿小阴茎与性激素水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月-2023年3月江西省儿童医院收治的80例新生儿临床资料,依据不同纳入标准分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。比较两组阴茎长度、性激素水平。结果观察组阴茎长度小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FSH、LH及T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。阴茎长度与FSH、LH及T水平成正比。结论新生儿小阴茎与性激素水平具有密切的关系,小阴茎患儿进行性激素(FSH、LH、T)水平测定,较正常阴茎患儿低,为新生儿小阴茎的诊断提供了实验室的指标,有助于新生儿小阴茎的早期诊断,适时干预,避免影响患儿以后的身心健康。
Objective To investigate the relationship between neonatal micropenis and sex hormone levels.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 80 newborns admitted to Jiangxi Children's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2023,divided into a control group and an observation group according to different inclusion criteria,with 40 cases in each group.The penis length and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The length of penis in observation group was smaller than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,LH and T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Penis length is proportional to FSH,LH and T levels.Conclusion Neonatal micropenis is closely related to sex hormone levels.The levels of sex hormones(FSH,LH,T)in children with micropenis are lower than those in normal healthy children,which provides laboratory indicators for the diagnosis of neonatal micropenis,and helps to early diagnosis of neonatal micropenis and timely intervention to avoid affecting the physical and mental health of children in the future.
