摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,社区工作问题成为基层民生中的大事,而人性化社区理念是强调社区发展和解决社区问题的创新策略,文章首先阐述了以人为本作为社区工作可持续发展的重要性,其次提出人性化社区的核心要素,包括建立平等、互助和包容的社区文化,拥有良好的沟通能力,提供全面的社区服务和支持,以及促进社区参与和自主决策能力。最后探讨了实施人性化社区工作的挑战和机遇,并提出了制定可行的社区工作计划、建立良好的沟通与合作机制和加强社区教育和能力建设等建议,进而推动社区工作领域的发展,提高社区居民的生活质量和福祉。
With the advancement of urbanization,the issue of community work has become a major event in grassroots livelihoods,and the concept of humane community is an innovative strategy that emphasizes community development and solves community problems,and this paper aims to explore community work strategies based on the concept of humane community.Firstly,based on the concept of humane community,the importance of people oriented as a sustainable development of community work is elaborated.Secondly,the paper proposes the core elements of a humane community,including establishing a community culture of equality,mutual support and inclusion,having good communication skills,providing comprehensive community services and support,and promoting community participation and autonomous decision-making capacity.Finally,the challenges and opportunities of implementing humane community work are explored,and recommendations are made for the formulation of feasible community work plans,the establishment of a good communication and cooperation mechanism,and the strengthening of community education and capacity-building,which will in turn promote the development of the field of community work and improve the quality of life and the well-being of community residents.
