摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是慢性肾脏病(CKD)的常见并发症,CVD可以分为两类:一类是心脏血管病变,常见如动脉粥样硬化;二是心肌病变,导致心脏本身结构和功能的改变,如心室肥厚和心脏扩张,而心力衰竭(HF)是这些过程的共同结果,本文就CKD患者HF的常见病因及治疗方面的进展进行综述。
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a common complication of chronic kidney disease(CKD).CVD can be divided into two categories:one is cardiovascular disease,common as atherosclerosis;another is cardiomyopathy,leading to changes in the structure and function of the heart itself,such as ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac dilatation.Heart failure(HF)is a common result of these processes.This article reviews the common etiology and treatment progress of HF in CKD patients.
