摘要
就业国际化对我国人才培养是一个严峻挑战。加强就业国际化研究 ,对高等学校培养国际化的人才 ,并有效防止人才的浪费和流失 。
The internationalized employment is a challenge to the cultivation of talents in China.It is of great realistic significance to enhance the study of internationalized employment and avoid waste and drainage of talents.
