摘要
针对转炉高废钢比生产时存在前期喷溅严重、喷头寿命短和吹炼时间长的问题,根据可压缩流体理论及氧气射流与熔池作用原理对氧枪喷头参数进行优化。优化后喷头的工艺参数为:4孔喷头,喷孔夹角12°,马赫数为2.05,喉口直径41 mm,出口直径54.4 mm,设计氧流量28000 Nm^(3)/h,设计氧气压力0.90 MPa,设计吹氧时间12.5 min,设计供氧强度3.9 Nm^(3)/(min·t),基本枪位1700 mm,冲击深度比为68%左右。生产实践表明:转炉废钢比控制在15%~20%左右,氧枪喷头参数优化后,吹氧时间缩短1.3 min,氧气消耗降低1.2 Nm^(3)/t,钢铁料消耗降低2.1 kg/t,终点温度合格率达到90.5%,终点磷合格率达到95.7%,转炉一次拉碳出钢率达到86.8%,转炉技术经济指标明显改善。
In view of the problems existing in the production of converter with high scrap ratio in a steel plant,such as serious splash in the early stage,short life of nozzle and long blowing time,and according to the theory of compressible fluid and the principle of interaction between oxygen jet and molten pool,the nozzle parameters of oxygen lance are optimized.The optimized nozle parameters are 4-hole nozzle,nozzle angle is 12°,Mach number is 2.05,throat diameter is 41 mm,outlet diameter is 54.4 mm,designed oxygen flow rate is 28000 Nm/h,designed oxygen pressure is 0.90 MPa,designed oxygen blowing time is 12.5 min,designed oxygen supply intensity is 3.9 Nm^(3)/(min·t),basic lance position is 1700 mm,and impact depth ratio is about 68%.The production practice shows that when the scrap ratio of converter is controlled at about 15%~20%,after oxygen lance nozzle parameters optimization,the oxygen blowing time is shortened by 1.3 min,the oxygen consumption reduces 1.2 m^(3)/t,the iron and steel material consumption decreases 2.1 kg/t,the qualified percent of temperature at end point is over 90.5%,the qualified percent of phosphorus content at end point is over 95.7%,the carbon qualified first time steel tapping rate is over 86.8%,and the technical and economic indexes of converter improve obviously.
