摘要
大采高液压支架是后煤层开采的重要支护设备,在不同的支护高度下,液压支架的铰接位置受到的作用力不同,影响液压支架的使用安全稳定性。采用仿真的形式,建立液压支架的模型,并对不同载荷作用时液压支架不同铰接点受到的作用力进行分析,从而为液压支架的使用提供指导。
The large mining height hydraulic support is an important support equipment for the mining of back seam,and the articulated position of the hydraulic support is subject to different forces at different support heights,which affects the safety and stability of the hydraulic support.Using the form of simulation,the model of hydraulic support is established,and the force on different articulation points of hydraulic support is analysed when different loads are applied,so as to provide guidance for the use of hydraulic support.
