复杂电磁环境导致车辆亏电的排查与整改 被引量:1

摘要 随着自然环境中变电站、电力传输网络、广播基站、通信基站等国家基础设施的日渐增多,电磁环境日趋复杂,汽车向电动化、智能化、网联化迅速发展,因此需要越来越多的电子电器进行支撑。文章基于某款智能网联车型在复杂电磁环境中亏电的故障案例,通过采集故障地点电磁环境在整车电磁兼容进行回放模拟试验,精准定位问题由空调控制器受电磁环境影响导致整车静态电流超标引起。通过零部件电磁兼容试验,对空调控制器点火开关电源检测电路进行整改,使空调控制器通过零部件及整车电磁兼容试验认证,通过整改试验的空调控制器装车后在故障地点重复进行验证,静态电流不会出现异常波动,有效解决了整车受电磁环境影响所出现的亏电问题。 With the increasing of national infrastructure such as substations,power transmission networks,broadcast base stations and communication base stations in the natural environment,the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex,and the rapid development of automobiles to electrification,intelligence and network connection requires more and more electronic and electrical support.Based on the fault case of an intelligent networked vehicle with power loss in a complex electromagnetic environment,the electromagnetic environment of the fault location is collected for playback simulation test in the vehicle electromagnetic magnetic compatibility,and the problem is accurately located because the static current of the vehicle exceeded the standard due to the influence of the electromagnetic environment on the air conditioning controller.The ignition circuit of the air conditioner controller is rectified through the electromagnetic magnetic compatibility test of the parts and the vehicle,so that the air conditioner controller passed the electromagnetic magnetic compatibility test certification of the parts and the vehicle.After the air conditioner controller passed the rectification test,it is repeatedly verified at the fault site after loading the vehicle,and the static current would not fluctuate abnormally,effectively solving the power loss problem of the vehicle affected by the electromagnetic environment.
