摘要
分布于全球近200个国家和地区的华侨华人群体在中国式现代化进程中有着独特作用:通过多种途径和形式沟通中国同世界的交流合作,助力现代化建设高质量发展;宣传、塑造和维护中国国家形象,为推进中国式现代化营造良好的外部环境;推动中外文化交流,助力中华民族现代文明建设;传播中华文化,展现华人才智,有助国际社会更客观更真实地认识中国。充分发挥华侨华人群体的重要作用,使其为中国式现代化贡献力量,应积极谋划,凝聚侨力,构建华侨华人助力中国式现代化建设的实现机制,包括智力支持机制、有效的宣传机制和完善涉外法律服务工作机制。
Overseas Chinese communities,scattered across nearly 200 countries and regions worldwide,have unique advantages in the progress of Chinese modernization.They serve as conduits for communication,collaboration,and exchange between China and the rest of the world through various means and forms.Their irreplaceable strengths lie in promoting,shaping,and safeguarding China’s national image and the construction of modern Chinese civilization,presenting a trustworthy,endearing,and respectable image of China to the world.To fully leverage the unique advantages of overseas Chinese communities and create a favorable environment for Chinese path to modernization,it is necessary to plan proactively and rally the support of overseas Chinese to establish mechanisms that harness their capabilities in supporting China’s modernization efforts,including mechanisms for intellectual support,effective publicity,and self development.
