摘要
分析西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗中重度慢性牙周炎效果及对炎性因子的影响。选择本医院2020年5月—2021年7月收治的中重度慢性牙周炎80例,据治疗方法分为联合组和对照组各40例。常规治疗基础上,联合组予西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素,对照组仅用米诺环素,均连用4 w。治疗后比较2组疗效,治疗前后出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)及龈沟液炎性因子和咀嚼功能(咬合力和咀嚼效率),以及治疗期间不良反应。联合组治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后2组PI、SBI、PD、AL均较治疗前明显降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后2组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6较治疗前明显降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后2组咬合力及咀嚼效率较治疗前升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗中重度慢性牙周炎,能有效改善牙周指标,缓解炎症,提高疗效,改善咀嚼功能,且不良反应少。
To analyze the effect of Xipayi gingival fixative solution combined with minocycline in the treatment of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis and its influence on inflammatory factors,80 patients with moderate and severe chronic periodontitis from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group with 40 patients in each group according to different treatment methods.On the basis of routine treatment,the combined group was treated with Xipayi Gum Fixing Solution and minocycline,while the control group was treated with minocycline only,all of which were treated continuously for 4 weeks.After treatment,the effects of the two groups were compared,and then the periodontal indicators[bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)],gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)、Interleukin-6(IL-6)]level and masticatory function(biting force and masticatory efficiency),as well as adverse reactions during treatment.The effective rate of combination group was 95.00%higher than that of control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,PI,SBI,PD and AL in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in combined group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Levels of TNF-α、IL-1βand IL-6 in combined group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the bite force and masticatory efficiency of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of combined group were higher than those of control group(P<0.01).Xipayi Gum Fixing Liquid combined with minocycline can effectively improve the periodontal indicators of patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis,alleviate inflammation,improve efficacy,improve masticatory function,and have fewer adverse reactions.
