摘要
农业农村现代化是中国现代化道路不可缺少的组成部分,从农业高质高效、乡村宜业宜居和农民富裕富足3个维度构建了黑龙江省农业农村现代化水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法对黑龙江省农业农村现代化水平进行综合测度,并确定了不同时期其所处的发展阶段。结果表明:2000—2022年黑龙江省农业农村现代化发展水平整体上处于不断上升趋势,目前已经达到基本实现阶段,农业高质高效、乡村宜业宜居和农民富裕富足发展水平均不断提高。基于此,分别从三大维度给出了对策建议,旨在促进黑龙江省农业现代化的发展,实现乡村振兴。
Agricultural and rural modernization is an indispensable part of China’s modernization road.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural and rural modernization level in Heilongjiang Province from three dimensions:high quality and efficiency of agriculture,rural livability and farmers’prosperity.The entropy method is used to comprehensively measure the level of agricultural and rural modernization in Heilongjiang Province,and the development stages of different periods are determined.The results show that the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2022 is on the rise as a whole,and it has reached the basic realization stage.The development level of high quality and efficiency of agriculture,rural industry and livability,and farmers’prosperity and prosperity are constantly improving.According to the results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three dimensions,aiming at promoting the development of agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang Province and realizing rural revitalization.
