摘要
目的分析桂枝芍药知母汤加减联合常规治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法2019年1月—2021年12月六安市中医院风湿肾病科收治的类风湿性关节炎患者130例,分为对照组与研究组各65例,方法为随机数字表法。对照组常规西药(塞来昔布、甲氨蝶呤)治疗;研究组在常规西药基础上采用桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗,均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗,治疗前、治疗1个月后临床症状、血流变学、血小板指标、血清指标。结果治疗1个月后,研究组的总有效率更高(P<0.05)。较治疗前,两组晨僵时间缩短,且研究组更短(P<0.05)。较治疗前,两组关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、疼痛程度,全血黏度高切、平均血小板体积(MPV)、全血黏度低切、红细胞压积(HCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW),血清类风湿因子(RF),C反应蛋白(CRP),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效确切,可减轻其临床症状,分析与其调节血流变学、血小板指标及血清指标有关。
Objective To analyze the effect of Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤加减)combined with conventional treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 130 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 65 cases in each group and the method was random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(celecoxib,methotrexate).The study group was treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine,and both groups were treated for 1 month.The total effective rate after 1 month of treatment,the symptoms,hemorheology,platelet indexes and serum indexes of the two groups were compared before and after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the morning stiffness time was shortened in the two groups,and shorter in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,after 1 month of treatment,the number of joint tenderness,number of joint swelling,pain degree,whole blood viscosity high cut,whole blood mean platelet volume(MPV),whole blood viscosity low cut,hematocrit(HCT),platelet distribution width(PDW),serum levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)decreased in the two groups and were lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction was effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and could reduce its clinical symptoms,might be related to the regulation of hemorheology,platelet index and serum index.
