摘要
Stanford A型主动脉夹层(也称为急性A型主动脉夹层)作为最凶险的疾病之一,因发病急、病死率高、术后并发症多,其手术方式一直是困扰着全世界心外科医生的难题。自上世纪90年代起,我国心外科发展迅速,随着手术技术的不断完善,手术设备的不断改进,科研领域的不断探索,急性A型主动脉夹层手术治疗的方法得到了长足的发展与革新,手术成功率不断提升,术后并发症发生率不断降低。本文将就当前我国心外科针对急性A型主动脉夹层常用的几种术式进行综述。
Stanford type A aortic dissection(also known as acute type A aortic dissection),as one of the most dangerous diseases,has been a challenge for cardiac surgeons worldwide due to its acute onset,high mortality rate,and numerous postoperative complications.Since the 1990s,the cardiac surgery in China has developed rapidly.With the continuous improvement of surgical technology,surgical equipment,and scientific research,the surgical treatment methods for acute type A aortic dissection have been greatly developed and innovated,the success rate of surgery has been continuously improved,and the incidence of postoperative complications has been continuously decreased.In this paper,several commonly used surgical methods for acute type A aortic dissection in cardiac surgery in China were reviewed.
