摘要
目的观察丹紫康膝冲剂联合正清风痛宁注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法2020年9月至2022年9月在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院系统治疗的肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者80例,按随机数表法分为两组,每组40例。观察组予患处定点注射正清风痛宁,加用口服丹紫康膝冲剂治疗。对照组予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分法评分、中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实验室血清指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹紫康膝冲剂联合正清风痛宁注射治疗膝骨关节炎可有效促进膝关节功能恢复,缓解疼痛,并且疗效要优于关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis with Danzi Kangxi Granules combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection.Methods A total of 80 patients withe liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis who received systematic treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received targeted Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection at the affected area,combined with oral Danzi Kangxi Granules.The control group received intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Lysholm knee scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danzi Kangxi Granules and Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection can effectively promote the recovery of knee function and alleviate pain in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
