摘要
机械设备在现代化工业建设中占据重要位置,也是现代建筑工程施工的基础工具,而设备安装质量不仅决定机械设备的运行效果,还影响建筑工程的生产效率。从总体来看,由于机械设备内部结构复杂,安装涉及工序过多,设备安装难度较大,发生质量问题的概率较高,给机械设备的安装进度带来影响。分析了影响机械设备安装质量的因素,重点探讨不同阶段机械设备的安装要点,提出机械设备安装的改进策略,旨在提高机械设备安装水平和质量。
Mechanical equipment occupies an important position in modern industrial construction,and it is also the basic tool for modern building construction,while the quality of equipment installation not only determines the operating effect of mechanical equipment,but also affects the productivity of construction projects.From a general point of view,due to the complexity of the internal structure of mechanical equipment,installation involves too many processes,equipment installation is more difficult,the probability of quality problems is higher,which affects the progress of the installation of mechanical equipment.Based on this,the following briefly analyzes the factors affecting the quality of mechanical equipment installation,focuses on the installation of mechanical equipment at different stages,and puts forward the improvement strategy of mechanical equipment installation,aiming to improve the level and quality of mechanical equipment installation.
