摘要
机械自动化技术在机械制造行业中的应用提高了生产效率和质量,包含智能化、集成化、虚拟化和敏捷化技术,这些技术不仅提高了制造过程的灵活性和响应速度,还降低了成本。然而,应用中存在制造管理松懈、专业人才缺乏和技术发展受限等问题,需针对性地提出一系列措施,为相关工作者提供参考和帮助。
The application of mechanical automation technology in the mechanical manufacturing industry has enhanced production efficiency and quality,including intelligent,integrated,virtualized,and agile technologies.These technologies not only improve the flexibility and response speed of the manufacturing process,but also reduce costs.However,there are problems such as lax manufacturing management,lack of professionals and limited technical development in the application,and a series of targeted measures should be proposed to provide reference and help for relevant workers.
