摘要
基于对工程机械控制系统的深入研究,提出了一种基于控制系统的智能化配套产品设计方法。该方法首先分析了工程机械的实际需求,然后结合先进的智能化技术,进行了控制系统的硬件和软件设计。通过集成传感器、执行器、通信模块等组件,实现了对工程机械的实时监测、精确控制和故障诊断。同时,运用优化算法对控制系统的参数进行了调整,以提升系统的性能和稳定性。此外,该设计方法还具有良好的通用性和可扩展性,可适应不同类型和规模的工程机械。
Based on in-depth research on the control system of construction machinery,a design method for intelligent supporting products based on control systems is proposed.This method first analyzes the actual requirements of construction machinery,and then combines advanced intelligent technology to design the hardware and software of the control system.By integrating components such as sensors,actuators,and communication modules,real-time monitoring,precise control,and fault diagnosis of construction machinery have been achieved.At the same time,optimization algorithms were used to adjust the parameters of the control system to improve its performance and stability.In addition,this design method also has good universality and scalability,and can adapt to different types and scales of construction machinery.
