术中B超在基层神经外科手术中的运用效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的讨论术中B超在基层医院神经外科手术中的经验及教训。手术方式的选择以及术中B超的选择及运用价值。方法2017年8月至2019年12月使用术中B超监测颅内手术42例。其中脑外伤患者30例,自发性脑出血患者12例,评估术中出血是否能在术中即被发现以及术中发现出血是否与术后CT等相一致。结果自发性脑出血血肿均能良好显示,术中B超在脑外伤运用中对于对侧的硬膜外及硬膜下血肿较为容易发现且准确,但对于同侧及对侧脑内血肿,小于2 cm的脑挫伤灶则发现较为困难。结论在自发性脑出血手术中判定血肿是否残留是准确可行的,但血肿腔电凝过后会有更多干扰信号。对颅脑外伤的患者,术中超声只能提供对策较为明显的硬膜外及硬膜下血肿或者已出现较为明显的中线偏移。
