摘要
民族地区社会治理共同体建设是实现民族地区现代化的必由之路。民族地区社会治理共同体建设的理论逻辑包括对马克思恩格斯“共同体”思想的继承和发展、对中国古代“多元共治”思想体系的守正与创新、对中国共产党“以人民为中心”执政理念的丰富与完善。民族地区社会治理共同体建设过程中的制约因素很多,本文认为推进民族地区现代化需要依靠社会治理共同体建设提供切实支持,所以研究社会治理共同体建设对推进民族地区现代化具有重要意义,只有克服社会治理共同体建设过程中的不利因素,形成“多元共治、多管齐下”的良好局面,才能实现民族地区现代化。
The construction of social governance community in ethnic areas is the only way to realize the modernization of ethnic areas.The theoretical logic of the construction of social governance community in ethnic areas includes the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels'thought of“Community”,the insistence and innovation of the ancient Chinese ideological system of“Multi-Subject Governance”,and the enrichment and improvement of the CPC's“People-Centered”ruling concept.There are many restrictive factors in the process of the construction of social governance community in ethnic areas,and this paper considers that to promote the modernization of ethnic areas needs to depend on the concrete supports provided by the construction of social governance community,so it is of great significance to promote the modernization of ethnic areas through studying the construction of social governance community.Only by overcoming the unfavorable factors in the process of construction of social governance community in ethnic areas and forming a benign situation of“Multi-Subject Governance and Multi-Mean Implementation”,can the modernization of ethnic areas be realized.
