摘要
梁柱节点冲击荷载性能直接关系到装配式建筑整体的安全性和稳定性,因此研究装配式钢结构综合配电室梁柱节点冲击荷载性能。以四种钢材为原材料,通过四种不同的连接方式,制成十六种配电室梁柱节点试件。针对试件利用万能试验机施加不同等级的荷载,并同时利用多种传感器设备采集数据,计算冲击荷载性能的三项指标,即极限承载能力、极限抗弯强度、极限抗冲击强度,完成配电室梁柱节点冲击荷载性能分析。试验结果表明:普通钢材、耐候钢材、耐火钢材梁柱采用钢筋搭接方式抗冲击荷载性能最好,高强钢材则采用全螺栓连接抗冲击荷载性能最好,可以根据钢材具体选择连接方式。
The impact load performance of beam column joints is directly related to the safety and stability of prefabricated buildings.The impact load behavior of beam column joints in prefabricated steel structure comprehensive distribution room is studied.The study uses four kinds of steel as raw materials,sixteen beam column joint specimens of distribution room,and uses four different connection modes.According to the test piece,the universal testing machine is used to apply different levels of loads,and a variety of sensor equipment are used to collect data at the same time,calculate the three indexes of impact load performance,namely,ultimate bearing capacity,ultimate flexural strength and ultimate impact strength,and complete the impact load performance analysis of beam column joints in power distribution room.The test results show that ordinary steel,weathering steel,refractory steel beam and column with steel bar lap method are the best impact load resistance performance,high strength steel is the best full bolt connection impact load resistance performance,it can be selected according to the specific steel connection method.
