煤矿局部通风机智能化管控系统开发与应用效果

摘要 以A煤矿通风需求为例,介绍1种煤矿局部通风机智能化管控系统开发方案。该系统由通风模块、通风机数据采控器、矿用本安型分线装置、矿用本安型交换机、矿用本安型计算机、传感器六大模块构成。通过对现场通风机运行状况及环境情况的监测,在对应控制逻辑的作用下,该系统自动对现场通风机进行控制,确保通风量符合井下作业要求的同时,降低通风系统运行能耗。通过实际应用分析可知,相对于未采用该系统之前,通风机节能率达到了30%以上,可将该系统大规模应用。 Taking the ventilation requirements of A Coal Mine as an example,the development scheme of an intelligent control system for local fans in coal mines was introduced.The system is composed of six modules:ventilation module,fan data acquisition and control device,mine intrinsic safety type wire division device,mine intrinsic safety type switch,mine intrinsic safety type computer and sensor.By monitoring the operation status and environment of the field ventilator,the system automatically controls the field ventilator under the action of the corresponding control logic,ensuring that the ventilation volume meets the requirements of underground operation and reducing the energy consumption of the ventilation system.Through practical application analysis,it can be seen that compared with before the system was adopted,the energy saving rate of the fan reached more than 30%,and the system can be applied on a large scale.
