摘要
国家十分重视先进制造业集群建设,江西省提出了实施制造业重点产业链现代化建设“1269”行动计划,把鹰潭铜基新材料产业作为全省6个先进制造业集群之一重点培育。运用SWOT和PEST分析方法,全面分析了当前鹰潭铜基新材料产业发展在政治、经济、社会和技术四方面的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。并在充分研究的基础上提出了深化产业链协作、积极招引项目、强化关键核心技术攻关、建设创新平台载体、实施柔性灵活人才政策和优化金融支持等促进鹰潭铜基新材料发展的对策与建议。
The state attaches great importance to the construction of advanced manufacturing clusters.The Jiangxi Province proposed the implementation of the"1269"action plan for the modernization of the key industrial chain of the manufacturing industry,and the Yingtan copper-based new material industry is as one of the six advanced manufacturing clusters in the province.Using SWOT and PEST analysis methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the current development of Yingtan copper-based new material industry in politics,economy,society and technology.On the basis of full research,it puts forward policies and suggestions to deepen the cooperation of the industrial chain,actively attract projects,strengthen the research on key core technologies,build an innovation platform carrier,implement a flexible talent policy and optimize financial support to promote the development of Yingtan copper-based new materials.
