摘要
协同发展被认为是实现社会可持续发展的基础,而农业科研院所的协同发展能够充分利用资源优势、整合创新力量、提升科研效率,从而实现农业科研成果的最大化输出和产业的可持续发展。该文阐述了协同发展的概念及意义,介绍了黑龙江省农业科研院所协同发展现状,提出省市共建模式,分析了黑龙江省农业科研院所协同发展省市共建的障碍,并提出对策建议。
The concept and significance of the coordinated development of agricultural research institutes in Heilongjiang Heilongjiang were analyzed based on the discussion on the mode of cooperation among provinces and cities.This paper introduced the status quo of collaborative development of agricultural research institutes in Heilongjiang and the mode of provincial-municipal co-construction.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the obstacles of the co-construction of provinces and cities in the coordinated development,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which provide reference and research value for the research on the coordinated development of Heilongjiang's agricultural research institutes.
