摘要
随着新能源产业的快速发展,全球对锂的需求量呈爆发式增长。硬岩型锂辉石是目前高品质锂产品的主要原料,其主要的选别方法为浮选法。系统总结了锂辉石浮选捕收剂、活化剂和抑制剂的类型及其特点,提出探明药剂构效关系和作用机理、研发高效高选择性的新型低温锂辉石捕收剂、针对多金属共伴生矿床研发高选择性锂辉石抑制剂及针对微细粒锂辉石研发高选择性分散剂和絮凝剂等是未来的重要研究方向。
With the rapid development of the new energy industry,the global demand for lithium is experiencing explosive growth.Hard rock type spodumene is currently the principal material of high-quality lithium products,and the main separating method is flotation.This paper systematically summarized the types and characteristics of spodumene flotation collectors,activators and depressants,and proposed that exploring the structure-activity relationship and mechanism of action of reagents,developing the new low temperature spodumene collector with high efficiency and selectivity.Developing the spodumene depressant with high selectivity for polymetallic co-associated deposits,and developing the dispersant and flocculant with high selectivity for fine spodumene are important research directions in the future.
