摘要
育人的根本在于立德,高校应全面落实立德树人根本任务。高校辅导员作为高校从事德育工作的骨干力量,理应认真思考如何稳抓青年“德育”工作,掌好青年价值观之“舵”,引导他们“扣好人生第一粒扣子”。文章立足民办高校办学实际,以调查问卷分析形式综合研究民办高校德育路径,提出了“一个中心、三条脉络、多方配合”的观点,即以辅导员工作为轴心,打造“身、心、意”三条立体式脉络德育工作布局,配合以专业教师、竞赛指导老师等多方参与全员育人的综合形式,为民办高校辅导员学生工作提供理论依据与思路参考。
The fundamental task of cultivating students lies in moral education,and universities should fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating students through moral education.As the backbone force engaged in moral education work in universities,college counselors should seriously consider how to firmly grasp the"moral education"work of young people,grasp the"rudder"of young people's values,and guide them to"fasten the first button of life".The article is based on the actual situation of private universities,and comprehensively studies the moral education path of private universities through survey questionnaire analysis.It proposes the viewpoint of"one center,three veins,and multiple cooperation",that is,taking the work of counselors as the axis,creating a three-dimensional layout of moral education work with"body,heart,and mind"three veins,and combining professional teachers,competition guidance teachers,and other parties to participate in the comprehensive form of educating all staff,providing theoretical basis and reference for the student work of private university counselors.
