摘要
本文介绍了根据骨折类型对股骨颈骨折愈合时间的研究。如今,股骨颈骨折的诊断在创伤科医生的工作中占有重要地位,因为这种骨折的发病率呈上升趋势,尤其是在60岁以上的人群中。长期以来,这一问题一直是创伤学和骨科领域最紧迫的问题之一,它包括许多方面,其中包括在对老年人和高龄老人的这类骨折进行手术时,并发症的风险很高,以及由于骨组织成分发生骨质疏松性变化,股骨颈骨折高危人群的数量增加。而这一问题的一个侧面就是股骨颈因其解剖学上的特殊性而导致的不愈合和骨折融合。本文根据骨折类型研究股骨颈骨折愈合的条件,对股骨颈骨折患者的治疗进行研究、观察、收集统计数据,并根据所获得的结果对股骨颈骨折愈合时间的特征进行描述和评估。
This article introduces a study on the healing time of femoral neck fractures based on the type of fracture.Today,the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture plays an important role in the work of traumatologists,because the incidence rate of such fractures is on the rise,espe⁃cially among people over 60 years old.For a long time,this issue has been one of the most urgent issues in the fields of trauma and orthope⁃dics,which includes many aspects,including the high risk of complications when performing surgery on such fractures in the elderly and elderly,as well as an increase in the number of high-risk populations for femoral neck fractures due to changes in bone tissue composition due to osteoporosis.One aspect of this problem is the non union and fracture fusion of the femoral neck due to its anatomical specificity.This article studies the conditions for the healing of femoral neck fractures based on the types of fractures,and conducts research,observa⁃tion,and collection of statistical data on the treatment of patients with femoral neck fractures.Based on the obtained results,the characteris⁃tics of the healing time of femoral neck fractures are described and evaluated.
