摘要
结合GJB 150.16A—2009《军用装备实验室环境试验方法第16部分:振动试验》,选取特征振动量级,对在同一试验量级条件下固定方式的选取、压电传感器的布置和试验夹具的选择对试验结果的影响进行了分析、讨论。试验结果表明:在同一试验量级下,压电传感器采用螺栓与动圈直接连接、压电传感器布置于动圈中心附近,此时采集点获取的数据偏离度最优。
According to GJB 150.16A—2009“Laboratory environmental test methods for military material——Part 16:vibration test”,by selecting the characteristic vibration level,the influence of the selection of fixing mode,the layout of piezoelectric sensor and the selection of test fixture on the test results under the same test conditions is analyzed and discussed.The test results show that under the same test magnitude,when the piezoelectric sensor is connected directly with the moving coil and the piezoelectric sensor is arranged near the center of the moving coil,the data deviation of the collection point is the best.
