摘要
在高陡边坡开挖过程中,为控制爆破振动对周围建(构)筑物的损伤,基于爆破振动波形叠加原理,研究了不同孔间延时时间的爆破振动叠加规律,提出了一种适用于高陡边坡开挖的延时爆破孔间延时时间精确计算方法,并通过现场试验对该方法进行验证。结果表明,该方法能够准确地预测出多孔爆破合成波形,同时能够确定最优孔间延时时间,使得爆破在爆心距为20 m处产生的峰值振动速度和爆破能量显著降低。此外,由于爆破振动信号的干涉效应显著,爆破振动能量呈现出向高频带集中的现象,降低了低频能量对建(构)筑物的危害。研究结果对相关工程工作起到指导与借鉴作用。
The large-scale blast constructions are often required during the excavation of high and steep slopes,and it is particularly important to control the damage of blasting vibration to surrounding structures.Based on the synthetic principle of blasting vibration waveform,this paper studies the superposition law of vibration waveform with different delay time,and proposes an accurate calculation method of delay time between holes suitable for high and steep slope excavation with millisecond blasting.Additionally,the method is verified by field experiments.The results indicate that the method can accurately predict the synthetic waveform of multi-hole blasting,and determine the optimal delay time between holes at a distance of 20 m from the blasting center,which makes the peak vibration velocity and blasting energy significantly reduced.In addition,because the interference effect of blasting vibration signal is obvious,the blasting vibration energy is concentrated to the high frequency band,which reduces the harm of low frequency energy to buildings.The research results are expected to play a guiding and reference role in related engineering work.
