摘要
目的观察美托洛尔与胺碘酮联用对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称“冠心病”)伴有心律失常的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月聊城市第三人民医院收治的60例冠心病并发心律失常患者为研究对象。通过随机数表法,将其分成观察组和对照组,各30例。参照组进行胺碘酮治疗,观察组进行美托洛尔+胺碘酮治疗。对两组药效进行对比分析。结果干预后,观察组左心室射血分数、左室舒张末内径和左室收缩末内径水平优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的各项心电图指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(6.67%)低于参照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.320,P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔与胺碘酮联用治疗伴有心律失常的冠心病患者,其疗效比单用有显著提高,且可改善心功能与心电图指标,安全性好。
Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with amiodarone on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods 60 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with arrhythmia admitted to Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The reference group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol+amioda⁃rone.The efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,the levels of left ven⁃tricular ejection fractions,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of left ven⁃tricle in observation group were better than those in reference group,the differences were statistically significance(all P<0.05).The various electrocardiogram indexes of the observation group was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that of the reference group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease accompanied by arrhythmia,the curative effect is significantly higher than that of single use,and can im⁃prove cardiac function and electrocardiogram indexes,with good safety.
