摘要
进入新时期以来,国内经济下行压力增大,经济结构、产业发展、就业等问题凸显,由数量增长到质量提高的转变过程使社会和经济问题释放;国际上,中美贸易摩擦加剧,贸易保护主义盛行,大国博弈加强,中国面临的外部风险加大。在目前形势下,如何降低经济风险对我国经济运行安全的影响,确保我国经济发展的持续性与高质量性,是一个需要引起关注的现实问题。对我国经济安全进行研究,从中美摩擦、粮食安全、网络安全等方面分析新时期我国经济安全面临的挑战,并据此对提升我国经济安全的路径进行研究,为新时期促进我国经济安全提供政策支持。
Since entering the new era,the downward pressure on the domestic economy has increased,and problems such as economic structure,industrial development and employment have become prominent.The transformation process from quantity growth to quality improvement has released social and economic problems;Internationally,Sino-US trade clash intensifies,trade protectionism prevails,the game between big countries strengthens,and China faces increased external risks.Under the current situation,how to reduce the impact of economic risks on China's economic operation as well as the safety of China's economic operation and ensure the sustainability and high quality of China's economic development is a realistic problem that needs attention.This paper studies China's economic security,analyzes the challenges faced by China's economic security in the new period from the aspects of Sino-US clash,food security and network security,and studies the path of improving China's economic security in order to provide policy support for promoting China's economic security in the new period.
