摘要
在建设体育强国的背景和实践需求下,运动队思想政治教育对于竞技体育的快速发展具有重要的引领和支持作用。然而,在时代发展的背景下,传统的教育方法面临着新的挑战,亟须根据运动队面临的新形势和运动员群体的新特点进行优化。心理学与思想政治教育之间存在紧密的联系,通过将心理辅导技术、心理训练技术和心理评估技术等引入运动队思想政治教育,形成融合心理技术的运动队思想政治教育途径,能够进一步发挥思政教育这一关键阵地的作用,为竞技体育的发展提供新的助力。
Under the background and practical needs of building a leading sports nation,the ideological and political education of sports teams plays an important guiding and supportive role in the solid and rapid development of competitive sports.However,in the context of the development of the times,traditional education methods face new challenges and urgently need to be optimized according to the new situation faced by sports teams and the new characteristics of athletes.There is a close connection between psychology and ideological and political education,and the way of the ideological and political education of sports teams by introducing psychological techniques such as the psychological counseling technique,the psychological training technique and the psychological assessment technique into the ideological and political education of sports teams to form an integrated psychological technique can further leverage the role of ideological and political education as a key position,so as to provide new impetus for the development of competitive sports.
