摘要
历史文化街区的保护与活化是目前存量规划的重要议题。针对历史文化街区现存问题提出更新策略,对历史文化街区现状信息进行数据化管理,延续街区历史脉络、格局,辅以功能定位及业态引导,保持、延续街区非物质文化传承,提升街区自身“造血”功能,秉持修旧如旧、新旧共生的理念,指引历史文化街区的保护与活化。
The protection and revitalization of historical and cultural blocks is an important issue in current stock planning.Relevant update strategies are proposed for the problems existing in historical and cultural blocks,including da-ta-driven management of the current situation information of historical blocks,continuation of the historical context and pattern of the blocks,functional positioning and busi-ness guidance,maintenance and continuation of the in-tangible cultural heritage of the blocks,and enhancement of the self hematopoietic function of the blocks,adhere to the concept of restoring the old as before and promoting the coexistence of new and old,in order to guide the pro-tection and revitalization of historical and cultural blocks.
