摘要
目的探究妇科千金片联合甲硝唑在子宫内膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月宜春市妇幼保健院收治的84例子宫内膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其将分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组患者服用甲硝唑,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服妇科千金片。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、月经情况、子宫内膜厚度、炎症因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)]、不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,IL-2水平、子宫内膜厚度高于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组,IL-2水平、子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组经期正常、经量正常患者多于对照组,不规则出血患者少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜炎患者采用妇科千金片与甲硝唑联合治疗效果显著,利于减轻患者临床症状,改善患者月经情况及子宫内膜厚度,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with Metronidazole in patients with endometritis.Methods A total of 84 cases of endometritis patients admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control groups and observation groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group took Metronidazole,and the observation group took Gynecological Qianjin Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,menstruation,endometrial thickness,inflammatory factors(interleukin-2[IL-2],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-1β[IL-1β])and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,endometrial thickness and inflammatory factor level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels were lower in both groups than before treatment,while IL-2 level and endometrial thickness were higher than before treatment.After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels in observation group were lower than control group,IL-2 level and endometrial thickness were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with normal menstrual period and normal menstrual volume in observation group were more than those in control group,and the number of patients with irregular bleeding was less than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets and Metronidazole has a significant effect on patients with endometritis,which is beneficial for reducing clinical symptoms,improving menstrual conditions and endometrial thickness,reducing inflammatory reactions,and has high safety.It is worth promoting and applying.
