摘要
枸杞是我国传统的药食两用功能食品。枸杞多糖是一类结构复杂的糖蛋白缀合物,具有调节免疫、降血糖等功效,是枸杞的重要成分之一。本文对现有的关于枸杞多糖的提取、纯化、分离等方面的研究进行较为全面的综述,对各种方法进行对比,阐明其优缺点,其中包括传统的提取分离方法以及各种新技术新方法,如亚临界水提取法、高压脉冲电场提取技术、高速剪切技术、反复冻融提取法等。本文对现存的新方法新技术进行整理归纳,为枸杞多糖的进一步研究与开发提供参考依据。
Lycium barbarum L.is a traditional Chinese functional food used in both medicine and food.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide is a complex glycoprotein conjugate,which has the functions of immune regulation and lowering blood sugar,and is one of the important pharmacodynamic substances of Lycium barbarum.In this paper,the existing researches on extraction,purification and separation of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide were reviewed comprehensively,and various methods were compared to clarify their advantages and disadvantages,including traditional extraction and separation methods and various new technologies and methods,such as subcritical water extraction method,high voltage pulsed electricfield extraction technology,high-speed shear technology,repeated freeze-thaw method and so on.In this paper,the existing new methods and technologies were summarized to provide reference for further research and development of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.
