摘要
针对航天产品工装管理的工作量繁重、人为操作存在失误、信息更新不及时、资源监管不利等问题,从航天行业工装管理的保密性以及便捷性出发,设计了一套基于Labview与Access的工装管理数字化系统。该系统利用COM口以及Labaql工具包,以Labview为中介平台实现工装库存管理信息与ACCESS数据库进行连接,实现了工装管理的自动取存功能、查询工装状态功能以及管理员盘点、销账功能等,该系统整体构建成本相对较低,容易实现,且不存在无线蓝牙等泄密隐患,在一定程度上提高了工装管理在基层的智能化水平,减轻了工装管理的工作量。
Labview and Access based digital system for tooling management in aerospace industry is designed to solve the problems of heavy workload,human error,delayed informationupdates,and poor asset management.The system utilizes the OPC technology of NI and LabSQL tookit to link the tooling management information with the Access database through Labview as the intermediary platform.This system realizes the functions of automatic storage and retrieval,querying tooling status,and inventory checking and settlement for administrators.The overall construction cost of this system is relatively low,esay to implement,and free from the leakage risks of wireless bluetooth.It has improve the intelligent level of tooling management at the workshop level and reduced the woekload of tooling management.
