摘要
化工、冶金行业发展过程中,相关技术水平提高,也加大了对电能的需求,推动着电力方面技术革新。电力是化工、冶金生产过程的先行条件,继电保护是保障氧化铝生产配网正常运行的重要措施,是安全生产的关键技术之一。文章阐述了Z公司氧化铝生产供电系统继电保护的现状及问题,分析了产生的原因及带来的危害。为了提高供电系统继电保护参数整定和分析能力,提出了基于级差优化的参数整定计算方法,并运用于实际,对其效果进行验证。
In the development of chemical and metallurgical industries,the improvement of relevant technical levels has also increased the demand for electric energy and promoted technological innovation in electric power.Electric power is the first condition of chemical and metallurgical production process.Relay protection is an important measure to ensure the normal operation of alumina production distribution network and one of the key technologies for safe production.This paper expounds the current situation and problems of relay protection in alumina production power supply system of Z company,and analyzes the causes and harms.In order to improve the setting and analysis ability of relay protection parameters of power supply system,a parameter setting calculation method based on differential optimization is proposed and applied to practice to verify its effect.
