摘要
从介质损耗诊断机理出发,结合水冷发电机定子绕组绝缘结构模型,通过水冷发电机介损现场测试案例,简要分析常规试验接线“反接法”的弊端,提出特殊试验接线“屏蔽法”的改进测试方案,并实际验证此方案的可行性。新方案能保障测试数据的准确性,且无需新增操作工序、检修工期,可为同类型的机组开展绝缘老化诊断工作提供一定参考。
Starting from the diagnosis mechanism of dielectric loss,combined with the insulation structure model of the stator winding of a water-cooled generator,this paper briefly analyzes the drawbacks of the conventional test wiring "reverse connection method" through on-site testing cases of water-cooled generator dielectric loss,proposes an improved testing plan for the special test wiring "shielding method",and verifies the feasibility of this plan in practice.The new plan can ensure the accuracy of test data without the need for new operating procedures or maintenance periods,and can provide reference for insulation aging diagnosis work of similar units.
