恒流恒压Buck电路在便携式医疗制氧机中的应用

摘要 针对便携式医疗制氧机中电源需兼顾充电和供电的需求,设计一种恒流恒压Buck电路。该电路具有电压电流双环,能实现为锂电池充电和为感性负载供电的无缝切换,并满足短时过流不保护的需求。电路使用带有外部信号跟踪引脚TRK的集成驱动芯片,与传统的单片机控制相比,其具有免嵌入式编程、功率密度高、便于借鉴使用的优点。 A constant-current and constant-voltage Buck circuit is designed to meet the needs of both charging and power supply in portable medical oxygen generators.This circuit has a voltage and current dual-loop,achieving seamless switching between charging lithium batteries and supplying power to inductive loads,and meeting the demand for short-term overcurrent protection.The circuit uses an integrated driver chip with an external signal tracking pin TRK.Compared with traditional singlechip control,it has the advantages of no embedded programming,high power density,and easy reference and use.
