摘要
目的:探讨子午流注穴位温灸联合大肠水疗在老年功能性便秘患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2022年10月-2023年6月广东祈福医院收治的老年功能性便秘患者100例作为研究对象。采用随机抽签分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用大肠水疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用子午流注穴位温灸治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、直肠压力、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。治疗后,两组直肠肛门抑制反射阈值、排便感觉阈值低于治疗前,直肠静息压高于治疗前,观察组直肠肛门抑制反射阈值、排便感觉阈值低于对照组,观察组直肠静息压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2、4、6、8周,两组便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2、4周,观察组PAC-QOL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后6、8周,两组PAC-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子午流注穴位温灸联合大肠水疗治疗老年功能性便秘效果确切,可改善直肠压力,提高生活质量,整体安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of meridian flow acupuncture point warming moxibustion combined with large intestine hydrotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with functional constipation.Methods:A total of one hundred elder-ly patients with functional constipation admitted to Guangdong Qifu Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with large intestine hydrotherapy,and the observation group was treated with meridian flow acupuncture point warming moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,rectal pressure,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).After treatment,rectal inhibitory reflex threshold and defecation sensa-tion threshold were lower than before treatment,and rectal resting pressure was higher than before treatment,the rectal inhibitory reflex threshold and defecation sensation threshold in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the rec-tal resting pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,the score of Constipation Patients Quality of Life Scale(PAC-QOL)in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the PAC-QOL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);at 6 and 8 weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference in PAC-QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Meridian flow acu-puncture point warming moxibustion combined with large intestine hydrotherapy treatment of functional constipation in the elderly is effective,can improve rectal pressure,improve the quality of life,the overall safety is good.
