摘要
通过表面活性剂残留测试研究,优选低残留的表面活性剂。其中,选择椰油酰甘氨酸钾作为主要表面活性剂,选择椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠、月桂基甘醇羧酸钠作为辅助表面活性剂,选择水辉石加作为辅助清洁剂。经过测试发现,制得的洁面产品能够大大降低洗后表面活性剂在皮肤的残留,大大提升产品的温和性,有效降低洁面产品中表活残留对皮肤造成的长期伤害。
Through the test of surfactant residue,the surfactant with low residue was selected.Among them,potassium cocamoylglycine was used as the main surfactant,and cocamoylamphoteryl diacetate disodium and sodium lauryl glycol carboxylate were used as auxiliary surfactants.In addition,hectorite was selected to be added to the formula as auxiliary cleaners.After testing,it is found that the obtained cleanser can greatly reduce the residual surfactant in the skin after washing,greatly improve the gentleness of the product,and reduce the long-term damage to the skin caused by surface active residues in facial cleaning products effectively.
