摘要
目的观察并讨论氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗高血压合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的有效性。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月沂水县人民医院心内科收治的94例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各47例。对照组氨氯地平片+硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组氨氯地平贝那普利片(Ⅱ)+硝酸异山梨酯治疗,并观察两组效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗效果91.49%高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.887,P<0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压远较对照组更低;心前区疼痛评分比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗效果肯定,对高血压合并冠心病患者的血压方面具有较好的控制效果,同时较好地改善心前区疼痛,且无不良反应。
Objective To observe and discuss the effectiveness of amlodipine benazepril tablets in treating hyperten⁃sion combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods From Sep⁃tember 2022 to September 2023,94 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease were admitted from the Department of Cardiology of Yishui County People's Hospital as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,each 47 cases.The control group was treated with amlodipine tablets+isosorbide nitrate,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine benazepril tablets(II)+isosorbide nitrate,and the effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the observation group treatment effect of 91.49%was higher than the control group of 76.60%,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=3.887,P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group,and the precordial pain score was much lower than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine benazepril tablets treatment effect is certain,on hyper⁃tension combined with coronary heart disease patients with better control of blood pressure,while better improve the precordial pain,and no adverse reactions.
