摘要
非创伤性股骨头坏死(non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head, NONFH)作为临床常见骨病,其发病机制一直备受关注。近年来诸多学者在血管微循环、骨代谢、脂肪代谢、基因多态性及生物力学等多种学说进行了大量研究。明确NONFH的发病机制有助于对疾病的预防及早期诊断治疗。本文就NONFH的发病机制研究进展作一综述,整合最新的研究结果,以期为科研人员提供新的思路。
Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(NONFH),a common clinical bone disease,has garnered sig-nificant attention for its pathogenesis.In recent years,extensive research has been conducted by many scholars on various theories,including microcirculation in blood vessels,bone metabolism,fat metabolism,genetic polymorphisms,and biomechanics.Clarifying the pathogenesis of NONFH aids in the prevention,early diagnosis,and treatment of the disease.This article presents a comprehensive review of the research progress on the pathogenesis of NONFH,integrating the latest research findings to provide new insights for researchers.
