摘要
利用区块链技术构建的农产品溯源系统可以通过处理和分析产品数据,实现产品安全生命周期的监督和控制,这对提高产品的质量管理和过程管理具有重要的研究价值和意义。文章以云南农产品溯源产业为视角,揭示了云南农产品溯源产业的现状,包括经营主体、辐射规模和技术运用等;并针对目前存在的问题,如认证认可机制不完善、技术保证机制不健全、制度保障机制存在漏洞以及运行成本与收益不平衡等进行了详细分析。在此基础上,本文提出了相应的技术保障体系和制度保障体系,以期为云南省农产品溯源系统的建设和运行提供理论分析和实践指导。本文通过推进云南省农产品溯源系统的落地运行,能够促进云南省农产品的标准化和规范化发展,从而提升整体市场竞争力。
The construction of a block chain-based agricultural product traceability system enables the supervision and control of the entire lifecycle of products through product data processing and analysis.This system holds signicant research value and significance in enhancing product quality management and process control.This study focuses on the agricultural product traceability industry in Yunnan province,revealing the current status of the industry in terms of market participants,coverage,and technological applications.Detailed analysis is conducted to address existing issues such as incomplete certication and accreditation mechanisms,inadequate technology assurance mechanisms,loopholes in institutional safeguards,and imbalanced cost-benefit ratios.Based on these findings,corresponding technical and institutional safeguard systems are proposed to provide theoretical analysis and practical guidance for the construction and operation of the agricultural product traceability system in Yunnan province.According to the research,the implementation of the traceability system in Yunnan province will promote the standardization and normalization of its agricultural products,thereby enhancing overall market competitiveness.
