摘要
基于高校设计硕士培养对学生创新、实践能力要求的不断提高,结合传统产业转型背景以及非遗传承与创新发展需求,对设计硕士“产业引领+非遗传创”培养模式作出探讨。该模式整合企业、高校、非遗项目各方资源,通过组建“三师型”教学团队、采用“交互型”教学组织、实现“变现型”教学目标等步骤得以实现。该模式中,高校充分发挥科研人员优势,企业提供信息与技术、非遗项目供给创意文化资源,将企业要求、非遗传承目标、科研要求耦合于设计硕士的培养过程中,是“产学研”协同创新,全面、系统、准确推进,深化高校设计硕士创新能力培养的有效探索。
Based on the continuous improvement of innovation and practical ability requirements for graduate students majoring in art and design in universities,combined with the background of traditional industry transformation and the cultural development needs of intangible cultural heritage transmission,this article explores the"industry leading+intangible cultural heritage transmission"training model for graduate students majoring in art and design.This model integrates resources from enterprises,universities,and intangible cultural heritage projects and achieves"monetization"teaching goals by forming a"three-teacher"teaching team and adopting an"interactive"teaching organization.In this model,universities fully leverage the advantages of research personnel,and enterprises provide information and technology,intangible cultural heritage projects,and creative cultural resources.The coupling of enterprise requirements,intangible cultural heritage inheritance goals,and scientific research requirements in the training process of art and design graduate students is an effective exploration of"industry university research"collaborative innovation,comprehensively,systematically,and accurately promoting the deepening of innovation ability training for art and design graduate students in universities.
